Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order with Omdeo Packaging, you agree to our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not accept these terms, we advise you not to proceed with your purchase.
Order Cancellation or Changes
- Orders can only be canceled within a short time window (typically a few hours after placement).
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified.
- Discount or promo codes must be applied during checkout; they cannot be added later.
- If an order is canceled after dispatch, return shipping charges and restocking fees will apply.
Returns
- You may return unopened and undamaged items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund.
- Custom-printed or customized orders are non-returnable.
- If the return is due to an error or fault from Omdeo Packaging, we will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
Product Storage & Shelf Life
- Corrugated and cardboard boxes are sensitive to humidity, temperature, and chemicals.
- For best performance, use boxes within a few weeks of purchase.
- If stored longer, they must be kept in a dry, humidity-controlled environment (below 70% humidity).
- Boxes showing damage due to improper storage (e.g., damp walls, high humidity, or mold) will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
Manufacturing Tolerances
- Industry-standard variations apply:
- Size tolerance: ±5 mm
- Shade variation: Slight differences in box color between batches
- These minor differences do not qualify for returns.
Restocking Fee
If you return products for reasons other than manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect size ordered, change of mind), a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
Customers must also cover the cost of return shipping.
Why we charge restocking fees:
- Handling and inspection require time and resources.
- Returned items may not always be resellable.
- Helps us maintain competitive pricing for all customers.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives in a damaged condition, notify us within 4 hours of receipt at [your support email, e.g., omdeocustomercare@gmail.com].
- Share clear photos of the unopened package showing the damage.
- Once verified and approved, replacements will be dispatched after the damaged goods are returned.
Please do not return products directly to the delivery courier.
All returns must include an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) issued by our support team.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used while placing the order.
