RETURNS, DAMAGES AND RESTOCKING FEES

Return & Refund Policy – Omdeo Packaging

Customers are advised to carefully read and understand the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from placing an order with Omdeo Packaging. By initiating a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these terms without modification.



Order Cancellation & Changes

Orders can only be canceled within a limited time frame after being placed (generally within a few hours). Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

  • Discount or promo codes must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added later.

  • If an order is canceled after dispatch, return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees will be deducted.


 

Return Policy

You may return items under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Custom-printed or personalized products are strictly non-returnable

If the return is due to an error from Omdeo Packaging, we will arrange free return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


 

Storage & Shelf Life Disclaimer

Corrugated and cardboard packaging products are sensitive to environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, and exposure to moisture or chemicals.

  • For best performance, boxes should be used within a few weeks

  • Long-term storage must be in a humidity-controlled environment (below 70%)

  • Improper storage (e.g., damp walls or humid areas) may cause damage such as weakening or white spots

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for damage caused due to improper storage.


 

Manufacturing Tolerances

All products are subject to standard industry tolerances:

  • Size variation: ±5 mm

  • Minor shade/color variations between batches

These are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or refunds.


 

Restocking Fees

If a return is initiated for reasons other than a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect size ordered, no longer needed):

  • A 30% restocking fee will be applied

  • Customer must bear return shipping charges


 

Why Restocking Fees Apply

  • Returned goods require inspection and handling by our warehouse team

  • Many returned items cannot be resold

  • Restocking fees help us maintain competitive pricing without increasing product costs


 

Defective Products / Quality Issues

If you receive a defective product:

  • Contact us via email to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

  • Include your invoice and ensure proper packaging when returning

  • Once inspected and approved, a full refund or replacement will be processed

⚠️ Custom-printed items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.


 

Important Return Instructions

  • Do not return products directly to the delivery person

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted

  • Our logistics partners are instructed not to accept return packages during delivery


 

Damaged Delivery (Transit Damage)

If your order arrives damaged:

We will coordinate with the logistics partner to raise a claim. Once approved and the damaged goods are returned, a replacement will be shipped.


 

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
